Agri Trailers manual system works with an extra long tail door which hinges down the rear of the trailer instead of sitting above the roof line. The long tail door enables a good length loading ramp for sheep which is built into the rear door. When the tail door is lowered the internal ramp can be released for loading the top deck.

Horizontal loading gates are used as opposed to the vertical style in our cattle trailer. 

Lowering the rear ramp section leaved the top deck ready for loading.

 

Internal sheep partitions are built inside the cattle gates for extra strength and all internal fittings are stored inside the trailer when not in use. The decks themselves hinge to the side and are securely fastened using small spring bolts.

A hydraulic lifting ramp is also available with the rear loading ramp using the tractor hydraulics to lift and lower the ramp. The decks and sheep gates remain the same in this system as in the manual version.

When the hydraulic ramp is not in use, the ramp will collapse flat and can be lifted to the roof for storage when not in use. All internal gates, and the rear ramp is box section steel work, fully galvanised.
